Darcy Bullock is the Lyles Family Professor of Civil Engineering at Purdue University and serves as the Director of the Joint Transportation Research Program. Bullock has 30 years of experience working closely with transportation agencies, airports, and private sector partners in the area of transportation systems, connected and autonomous vehicles, and big data.

Successful adoption of connected and autonomous vehicles depends on close collaboration between industry, government agencies, and academia.
