Wednesday 10th – Thursday 11th December 2025
Oslo, Norway
Conference, followed by immersive Study Visit
Registrations are now closed.
After two years of the most advanced deployment of AVs in Europe, we are excited to invite you to two days of discussions, an opportunity to hear from experts about lessons learnt, and explore the ambitious next steps for AV deployment in Norway’s capital. The second day will give participants the chance to experience autonomous vehicles firsthand in real winter conditions while taking part in interactive sessions that offer a deep dive into insights from the deployment.
The event will combine insightful discussions with hands-on demonstrations of autonomous vehicles, offering a comprehensive look at the future of AVs in Oslo and beyond.
Building on the work of several European projects and initiatives, the visit will bring together public authorities, operators, researchers, and industry leaders to exchange knowledge and discuss the next steps toward scaling safe and inclusive automated mobility across Europe.
This event is organised by PAVE Europe, in collaboration with Holo, Mobileye, and Ruter As.
All those who join will have the opportunity to:
A full-day event featuring curated presentations and panel discussions:
Lessons learned from the autonomous vehicle pilot in Grorud Valley, Oslo
Key takeaways from European deployments and next steps for future scaling
Public acceptance, fleet management, and data insights from real-world operations
Networking opportunities with peers, policymakers, and industry representatives
An exclusive, small-group visit for PAVE Europe members, including:
Demo rides with autonomous vehicles operating in snowy conditions
Interactive sessions with engineers and operators from Ruter AS, Holo, and Mobileye
A behind-the-scenes look at Europe’s most advanced AV ecosystem
Please note: capacity for the Study Visit on 11 December is limited. Priority will be given to PAVE Europe members, with remaining spaces allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
