Join us for the first PAVE Europe Conference this autumn, where we will bring together a wide range of voices – from everyday citizens, industry, policymakers, researchers, and others – to explore how autonomous vehicle technologies are reshaping mobility in Europe.
At a time of rapid technological change, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to understand, question, and help shape the future of mobility. This event is designed as an open, educational space to learn from one another, share experiences, and build common ground on the benefits and challenges of these technologies.
This conference invites exchange: tech developers hearing from local communities; city leaders hearing from service providers; and curious citizens engaging with innovators across Europe. Whether you’re working on AV technology or just curious about how these changes might impact your community, you’re welcome to join us.
At PAVE Europe, we believe that real progress happens when different perspectives come together. No one group has all the answers, and shaping the future of mobility requires dialogue across sectors and experiences.
How will AVs affect daily life? How can we ensure that all voices are part of the conversation?
What does automated mobility mean for different cities across Europe? How can cities lead in inclusive deployment?
What role do operators and transport providers play in bridging innovation with everyday experience?
How can regulation and policy support technological change of AVs and protect public interest and build trust?

AVs promise to transform future mobility - but there are also challenges. How do we navigate these to enable deployment?
The programme is designed to be an open and interactive forum – bringing together policymakers, industry, researchers, civil society, and communities for a day of meaningful dialogue.
From keynote insights and “Voices from the Community” sessions to panel discussions, student presentations, and networking opportunities, the programme will highlight diverse perspectives on the future of autonomous mobility.

The PAVE Europe Conference is on the 20th November 2025 and will be hosted at Pullman Brussels Centre Midi. The event will begin at 08:00 – 17:30, with an optional networking reception until 19:00.
