PAVE partnered with the Minnesota Department of Transportation and PAVE member Stantec to host Minnesota AV Day at the Capitol in April 2026. The open house-style event featured automated vehicles on the Capitol Mall and interactive exhibits inside the Capitol Rotunda. More than two hundred attendees joined us for the event.
AV Day at the Capitol provided an opportunity for Minnesota legislators and other public sector leaders to explore AV technology firsthand and learn more about AVs’ impact on issues such as workforce, road safety, and accessibility. Many PAVE member organizations hosted exhibits at the event, including AAA, ADASTEC, the Alliance for Automotive Innovation, Aurora, the PLUM Catalyst, Rivian, Spark Access, TRC, and Waymo.
